If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of the date of receipt in its original "Unused Condition" and we will refund the total price. This will not include your return postage costs. Products that have been removed from their original packaging or have been used will not be eligible for return. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Incorrectly ordered or unwanted goods
Must be returned within 14 days of the date of receipt to be eligible for a refund. Returning of items is the responsibility of the customer who is liable for the cost of returns. The customer must ensure all reasonable care is taken to ensure the safe return of items and in their original packaging where appropriate. If the item(s) returned come in sealed packs, these must be unopened.

UK ORDERS
We endeavour to despatch all U.K orders within 24 -48 hours of the order being placed, however please allow a minimum of 7 working days from the day of dispatch for delivery of your goods to avoid disappointment.
Please be aware that Royal Mail First Class Packet Post is not a guaranteed service.
Royal Mail First Class Packet Post service can take up to 15 working days to complete a delivery.

OVERSEAS ORDERS
For European orders we advise a minimum of 7-15 days for delivery.
For all other international deliveries please allow a minimum of 35 days.
